If you create or access a WinSMS account or send messages via WinSMS, that activity is governed by the WinSMS Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy available at https://www.winsms.co.za/. In the event of any inconsistency for service‑related matters, the WinSMS terms/policy prevail.
