These Terms apply to your use of the Website only (corporate information, news, and the contact form). They do not govern your use of the WinSMS messaging service. If you create or access a WinSMS account or send messages via WinSMS, that activity is governed by the WinSMS Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy available at https://www.winsms.co.za/. In the event of any inconsistency for service‑related matters, the WinSMS terms/policy prevail.
